Minutes to the June meeting were read and accepted.
Treasurers Report for June was read and accepted.
Range Report- Paul has received the new wireless voice release system for the trap machine. They are having issues with it working correctly. The company that sold it is helping to resolve the issues. Paul will return it and try something else if they cannot get it to work.
They are getting 8-10 shooters still.
The lock on the gate has disappeared, Paul had to buy a new one.
Trails Report- Mike reported GIA turned down our summer grant request. He will apply for emergency funding to repair Swift’s bridge which has the ends undermined.
He talked to the town of Acworth about the upper end of Hall’s Pond Rd. but the selectmen are not holding public meetings yet. A landowner is trying to get the town to through up the road which would close down the snowmobile trail.
Old Business- None brought forward.
New Business-Dave reported that there is 8-900 dollars from donations. He would like a motion to let Bill move forward with sheetrocking the groomer barn. Motion was made and seconded, All voted in favor of motion.
Bill reported the VFW has donated chairs to the Club and he needs help picking them up. Date set for Sunday(18th) at 8:30 am meet at Groomer barn.
