Meeting Minutes August 2021

Meeting called to order by Bill Fowle at 7pm

Minutes to July meeting were read and accepted

Treasurers report for July was read and accepted

Range Report- Paul has the new voice release system working. It is still a little too sensitive, he will work on adjusting it some more.

He still has 8-10 shooters showing up, but expects it to slow down now that state shoots are done. He has ordered more birds from Walmart.

Trails Report- Mike is checking trails and bridges for storm damage. He has been contacted by the State. They would like some estimates so they may apply for funds from FEMA.

Dave reported chain on Hallls Pond gate has been cut and will need to be replaced. Right now it is double locked.

Bill reported that he had hurt his arm while working on inside of groomer barn, will not file a claim. He would like some help hanging sheetrock and taping.

Old Business- Ed reported that he has been approached by a member who is getting into logging. Would like to be considered if current logger doesn’t work out.

Dave asked Bill about lot line adjustment. Bill reported landowner has not submitted paperwork to bank.

New Business- A member present asked about rapid fire rule. Paul said he is working on more sound control.

Paul had a member complain about Trap schedule being changed. He showed him the notice at the range. It didn’t seem to appease him and suggested Paul post it on social media.
