Range Report: Paul Elie absent from meeting. $248. To repair tractor. The original estimate was $400-$500.

Trail Report: Mike informed club that invoices will be coming up for work needed to be done to trail bridges. Rental for equipment from MB Tractor & Equipment is $2,745 and Carroll Concrete $1020. Club will be reimbursed for part of these expenses. It was mentioned that transfer of funds to Trail account from General account may need to happen before reimbursement comes in to keep Trail account stable.

Old Business:

• Land update: Swap is almost done. Appraiser is coming, once appraised papers will go to bank for signatures.
• Construction to barn is waiting for water from town to barn.

New Business:

• Snowmobile registration is online with state, unless registered as a member with a club. Note: Snow registration with state as family – member will pay for 2 members.
• Nancy to check for document to change Daves information to Nancy, for filing with documents with the Federal Government.
